跟賣雖然是亞馬遜官方允許的操作，但惡意跟賣讓人不勝其煩，尤其還是在進(jìn)行了品牌備案之后，下面一米亞馬遜跟賣軟件就來和大家說說亞馬遜有品牌備案怎么投訴跟賣。

品牌備案后有兩種投訴方式，一定要注意看，注意區(qū)分。第二種方式有風(fēng)險，謹(jǐn)記!

投訴方式一：

不同的賣家支持對投訴的支持力度不同，你重新投訴，換一個賣家支持往往就成功了。

一米軟件在此也忠告一下跟賣者，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)跟賣對象已經(jīng)注冊了品牌或者收到警告，還是老實(shí)下架吧，雖然投訴過程比較艱苦，但投訴一旦被受理，輕則listing被刪，整店被降權(quán)，重則封號。

Ps：除了上面的投訴入口，還可以在contact customer service里面建投訴case，在這里投訴之后通常會收到亞馬遜的回復(fù)：

很多投訴跟賣，都會收到亞馬遜公式化的回復(fù)...然后只能一遍一遍(重新開case，這樣可以換一個審核人員處理，結(jié)果就可能不同。不要在同一個case反復(fù)的投訴)的投訴。

投訴方式二：

有沒有更便捷的投訴途徑?答案是：有。當(dāng)然，一樣需要測試購買。

任何一個電商平臺都是竭力保護(hù)買家的利益。亞馬遜可以不在乎賣家的感受，但買家的投訴從來都是雷厲風(fēng)行的處理。

所以，非正常的投訴流程很簡單，以買家的身份：測試購買 假貨投訴。

注意細(xì)節(jié)

1、這種投訴的買家號，必須要注意防關(guān)聯(lián)，不能讓亞馬遜識別出和你的賣家號是一家人，否則就會判定你惡意投訴同行。

用美國當(dāng)?shù)氐娜耰p和vps，付款用禮品卡。

2、特別是每年的下半年8-12月，亞馬遜極其重視假貨投訴。通常你投訴一次，亞馬遜就會要求對方提供品牌證明，證明自己不是假貨。品牌是你的，他當(dāng)然提供不出來，他會被刪除lisiting，投訴三次，就封號封定了。

3、打鐵還需自身硬，你如果自己沒有品牌和備案，如果亞馬遜反過來讓你一起提供品牌證明或者對方也報(bào)復(fù)你，你也會一起死......所以，這種投訴雖然有效，幾乎是一擊必殺。但...兵者兇器也，一定要謹(jǐn)慎使用。

4、如果你使用了這種方式，就不要再用第一種方式投訴了，否則亞馬遜會認(rèn)為你是同行惡意搗亂，反而會對對方從輕處置，往往只是給你退款。
